A Choice For Life Inc. takes great pride in our reputation for superior quality products and excellent value. if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules that may determine an exchange or return:
general rules of return policy

All sales final on goods or services pre-sold on gift cards. no refunds are given for gift card purchases. you may exchange that gift card for the purchase of an item of equal or lesser value. no cash or credit refund will apply to any gift card purchase.

As is the case with promotion pricing, any item to be refunded or exchanged shall be awarded the aggregate or remainder of the lesser published price.

For example, 3 items sold at $65 each, have an actual retail value of $195. if these items were purchased for a discounted price of $175, your pre-paid or gift card may reflect the value, for accounting purposes only. at the time of redemption, the value of the last item purchase shall reflect the discounted amount, of $45 that represents a $20 discount off the original price, hence, if you are attempting to redeem the value of that purchase, you will be exchanged or refunded the lesser amount or value.

Returns and exchanges are limited only to all non-perishable, unopened products that are not damaged or tampered with, in its original packaging within 10 days of the purchase, with an additional 7 day allowance, for outbound shipping purposes one way.

Unopened means that the internal product has not been damaged or tampered with.does not apply to the shipping container.

If any product proves to be defective or spoiled, a choice for life will exchange or refund the amount paid for that product and pre-pay return shipping and taxes paid, in full.

Returns:

1. If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online, A Choice For Life must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item. The fastest way to contact A Choice For Life for an exchange is to call (800) 447-9755.
2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to A Choice For Life without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact info@achoice4life.com
3. When you contact A Choice For Life about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is to be placed on the outside of the original shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return. Return Shipping is at buyer’s expense.

5. To complete your return or receive credit for your exchange, items must arrive at A Choice For Life Inc., within 30 days of the date your Return Authorization Number was issued.
6. Upon receipt of your items, A Choice For Life Inc., will promptly ship Replacement item(s) or provide a complete refund (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your original invoice.
7. Again, please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume Responsibility for all return shipping fees except for defective products.
